中国环渤海湾区域主要港口发展布局及其层次划分

Layout and Level Division of the Development of Main Ports in the China Bohai Bay

环渤海港口群在其区域经济发展中发挥着重要的作用,合理的港口定位和布局是港口群有序发展的重要因素。将层次分析法运用于港口群发展评价,分析了环渤海主要港口布局和现状,建立了基于层次分析法的环渤海主要港口发展评价指标体系与模型,对大连港、营口港、青岛港、烟台港、天津港和秦皇岛港等主要港口进行了评价和比较应用研究。基于实证的研究结果表明,层次分析法在区域港口发展评价中十分有效,评价最终得分的大小反映了港口发展水平情况,对促进环渤海区域港口群合理、有序发展有重要借鉴意义。

The sea port group in the Bohai Bay plays an important role in the development of its regional econ- omy, and reasonably orienting and layout of the ports is the key factor for orderly development of the port group. This paper applies AHP method into evaluation for the development of the port group, analyzes the layout and status of major ports in the Bohai Bay, establishes an evaluation index system and models for development of major sea ports in the China Bohai Bay based on AHP method. Furthermore, application research has done for the major ports, such as Dalian Port, Yingkou Port, Qingdao Port, Yantai Port, Tianjin Port and Qinhuangdao Port. The em- pirical results show that the AHP method is very effective for the evaluation of the development of regional ports, the final score reflects the level of development of the port, which is helpful for improving of reasonable and orderly de- velopment of the port group in the Bohai Bay.
