摘要
管壳式换热器是石油化学工业中最常见的设备。而管板的合理设计对提高固定管板式换热器的安全性、节约材料、降低制造成本具有重要意义。文章采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对在内压和热应力共同作用下的某管板结构进行了热结构耦合分析,与仅进行机械应力分析的应力强度分布进行了对比,结果表明:这种温差应力将与管壳程流体压力造成的机械应力叠加且在应力较高时则会在固定管板式换热器的不同部位造成不同形式的失效。
Shell—and—tube heat exchangers are widely used in petrochemical industries.And the reasonable design of tube plate is very significant to improve the safety,saving material and reducing manufacturing cost of the fixed tube plate heat exchanger.A thermal-structural coupling analysis is used for the structure of the tubesheet under the combined action of interal pressure and thermal stress by ANSYS,comparing with the stress intensity distribution under mechanical stress analysis only.The results show that the stress caused by temperaturedrive will add together with the mechanical stress and the different failure modes will appear in different parts of the fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger when the stress is high.
