摘要
文章用实例对氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定锑的不确定度进行评定。测量不确定度的产生包括称样、样品消解、消解液定容、标准溶液稀释、样品测量五个部分。当水系沉积物中锑含量为0.59×10-6时结果表示为(0.59±0.022)×10-6。
The uncertainty of stibium content in sediment samples determined by HG-AFS has been evaluated.The uncertainty of measurement appeared in the determination was mainly caused by sample weighing,sample digesting,meter volume of digested solution,dilution of standard solution,detection of digested solution.When stibium content was 0.59×10-6,the determination result was(0.59±0.022)×10-6.
