浅谈ERP系统中投资管理及项目系统模块(PS)的应用

A Brief Introduction of PS Module in ERP System

根据中石化ERP系统深化应用精神,结合中石化投资计划管理规程和内控制度要求,以投资项目资料库为基础,建设中石化综合管理部门、事业部、企业三级投资计划管理协同工作平台——投资管理及项目系统模块(PS)。PS模块可以对中石化投资计划以及项目整个生命周期中投资下达、进度管理、重大合同签订与执行、项目资金支付、形象进度、投资完成、竣工转资等业务环节进行动态监控和跟踪检查,从而实现管道储运分公司投资计划的实时监控与优化调整。

According to the spirit of Sinopec ERP system,combing with investment plan management regulations and the internal control system,investing in the project database as the foundation,the construction of management department,business department,business plan management and collaborative work platform——investment management and project system module.The PS module to Sinopec investment plan and throughout the life cycle of the project investment,schedule management,making known to lower levels of major contracts are signed with the implementation,project funds payment,progress,investment,the completion of capital transfer business process dynamic monitoring and tracing inspection,so as to realize PSTC investment plan and real-time monitoring and optimization adjustment.
