摘要
针对服装制作设备在进行不规则服装自动生产过程中,不规则服装的缝纫路径选取存在重复、冲突的风险,路径选择效率不高的问题,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的服装自动缝纫最优路径选择算法。通过快速计算不规则服装存在的路径冲突可能,提高传统遗传算法搜索最优点的能力与速度,搜索出最优的路径。实验结果表明,该算法在服装自动生产中,对应生产不规则的复杂服装运算较快,安全性和稳定性较好,具有很高的应用价值。
Irregular clothing for the apparel production equipment in automated production process,irregular clothing sewing path selection risk of duplication,conflicts,inefficient path selection problem,proposed a clothing based on improved genetic algorithm optimal path selection algorithm for automatic sewing.Through fast path conflicts irregular clothing possible,increase capacity and speed of traditional genetic algorithm searches for the most benefit,searching out the best path.Experimental results show that the algorithm in automatic production of clothing,the corresponding production complex of irregular clothing operations faster,better security and stability,with a very high value.
