摘要
目的:探讨实施运动处方教学模式对学生生理机能的改善作用,为学校体育教学改革与学生体育锻炼提供理论与实践依据。方法:以2010年上海医药高等专科学校在读的165名中高职贯通学生为研究对象,通过对体育课实施运动处方教学模式的研究,并对实施运动处方教学后的学生进行身体机能和身体成分等指标进行测试与分析。结果:165名受试者的学生中,身体机能(心率、肺活量体重指数),身体成分(体重、脂肪、腰围、臀围、大腿围)与实施前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:运动处方教学对改善中高职贯通学生的生理机能水平有较强的针对性、科学性和较高的实效性。
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of exercise prescription teaching for improvement of physiological function of vocational school students.It supplied foundation on the reforms of physical education.Methods: One hundred and sixty-five vocational school students were enrolled.In this paper the exercise prescription teaching was implemented in P.E.The changes of their physiological function and body compositions were determined and analysed.Results :With regard to the physical function(heart rate、vital and weight capacity),the body compositions(weight、fat distribution、Waistline、hip、thigh circumference) There were significantly defferent from those before exercise prescription teaching(P0.01).Conclusion:The exercises implementing of prescription are of objective,science and effective and it can improve physiological function of those students.
