On the Policy for Normal College Students with Tuition Free

我国师范生教育经历了从免费到收费再到免费的历史转变,随着2007年《教育部直属师范大学师范生免费教育实施办法(试行)》的出台,我国开始在六所教育部直属师范大学进行免费师范生教育试点。但该项政策在招生、执行的过程中还存在一些问题,要通过免费师范生政策来改善我国师范生生源质量、提高农村和边远山区的师资水平,还需要一系列的政策支持和制度改革。

Education for normal college students in China has gone through the historical transition from tuition free to tuition charged and again to tuition free. With the introduction of The Implementing Method of Free Education for the Students of the Normal Universities Directly Under the Ministry of Education （ for Trial Implementation）, China began a pilot point of free education for the students in six normal universities under the Ministry of Education. How- ever, there are still some problems in the policy of admission and implementation process. A series of policy and reform on rules axe still demanded to improve the quality of normal college students and improve the teaching personnel in rural and remote areas with the policy for normal college students with tuition free.
