摘要
研究在 CTMAB存在下 ,以 5 -溴水杨基荧光酮 (5 - Br SAF)作为荧光试剂 ,用荧光熄灭法测定微量铜的新方法 .详细研究了各种条件实验 ,反应的适宜酸度范围为p H=4.4~ 5 .0 ,铜含量在 0~ 8.0 μg/2 5 m L范围内呈线性关系 ,配合物的组成比为Cu∶ 5 - Br SAF=1∶ 2 ,激发波长为 36 5 nm,发射波长为 5 5 0 nm.方法的灵敏度高 ,检出限为 2 .4μg/L ,用于化学试剂中微量铜的测定 。
A new method for fluoro quenching determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) with 5 Bromo Salicyl Fluorone(5 BrSAF) and CTMAB has been described. The optimum condition is studied. Rectilinear range is 0~8 0 μg/25 mL at pH 4 80. The molar ratio of Cu to 5 BrSAF is 1∶2. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 365 nm and 550 nm,respectively.The method proposed has been successfully applied to the direct determination of trace Cu in chemical reagents.
