摘要
苯并咪唑与氯化苄在相转移催化条件下作用高产率地给出 1 -苄基苯并咪唑 ,后者再与与氯化苄进行 N-苄基化反应即制得 1 ,3-二苄基苯并咪唑盐 ,总产率高达 90 % .
Benzimidazole reacts with benzyl chloride under phase transfer catalysis to give lbenzyl benzimidazole in high yield. The product reacts again with benzyl chloride,so 1. 3 Dibenzyl benzimidazolium salt is obtained. The total yield of the two steps can reach 90%.
