摘要
利用机械合金化Cu(Ti,B)过饱和固溶体在真空加压烧结炉中进行加压烧结 ,制备了TiB2增强铜基复合材料 .对TiB2 增强铜基复合材料烧结工艺和性能的研究结果表明 :TiB2 增强铜基复合材料的最佳烧结工艺是烧结温度为 890℃、烧结压强为 50MPa、保温和加压时间为 2 5h .TiB2增强铜基复合材料的硬度随TiB2 含量的增加有所提高 ,导电率随TiB2 含量的增加有所下降 ,软化温度基本保持在 90 0℃左右 .
The sintering technology is applied in order to analyze the properties of TiB2/Cu composite. The relevant parameters are temperature of 1 163 K and sintering pressure of 50 MPa with the holding temperature and pressure time of 2 5 hour. The hardness of TiB2/Cu composite is increased while the conductivity is reduced with the increase of TiB2 content. The softening temperature is about 1 173 K.
