皮寒药的形态组织学研究

Study on the morphology and histology of Gueldenstaedtia delavayi

目的研究皮寒药的形态组织学特征。方法采用石蜡切片、徒手切片和表面制片相结合的方法,绘制组织、粉末图用显微描绘器。结果描述了皮寒药在药材性状、组织构造及药材粉末上的主要鉴别特征。结论形态组织学特征可作为皮寒药的鉴别依据,为皮寒药的品质评价奠定了实验基础。

OBJECTIVE To provide basis for further research and development of Gueldenstaedtia delavayi Franch.METHODS Pharmacognosy routine methods such as freehand section,paraffin section and surface slice were used to observe the microscopic characters of G.delavayi Franch.Microscopic pictures were drawn under microscope.RESULTS The morphology characteristics of the plant origin and herb,the tissue structure and characteristics were observed and described.CONCLUSION The study can be used as a reference for identification and lays the foundation for the quality assessment of the G.Franch.
