摘要
目的考察松龄血脉康胶囊(SLXMK)对小鼠急性脑血栓及脑缺血的保护作用。方法通过尾静脉注射胶原蛋白(每只2.25 mg)和肾上腺素(每只60μg)的混合物诱导小鼠实验性脑血栓模型,结合小鼠体外凝血时间测定实验,以小鼠致瘫时间、致死时间、存活率及体外凝血时间考察SLXMK对脑血栓的保护作用;采用结扎双侧颈总动脉及迷走神经致小鼠急性脑缺血模型及小鼠断头所致脑缺血模型,以小鼠存活时间来考察药物对脑缺血的干预作用。结果经预给药7 d(体外凝血实验预给14 d),SLXMK可显著延长小鼠致瘫、致死时间,提高体外凝血时间及小鼠存活率,并显著增加脑缺血小鼠的存活时间。结论 SLXMK对小鼠急性脑血栓及脑缺血有良好的保护作用,提示其可能对脑卒中的二级预防有益。
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effects of Songling Xuemaikang capsule(SLXMK) on acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral ischemia in KM mice.METHODS The cerebral thrombosis in mice were induced by intravenous injection of collagen protein(2.25 mg per mouse) and adrenalin(60 μg per mouse).Then the hemiplegic time,survival time and survival rate were determined in each group.Meanwhile coagulation time was applied to evaluate the effect of SLXMK on cerebral thrombosis in mice.The cerebral ischemia mice model were induced by bilateral common carotid artery and vagus nerve ligation or by decapitation,and survival time were recorded.RESULTS SLXMK significantly increased hemiplegic time,survival time,survival rate and coagulation time.CONCLUSION SLXMK can effectively protect the cerebral ischemia and thrombosis in mice,and this may be beneficial for secondary stroke prevention in human.
