摘要
采用了不同功率的点阵式激光对鸡蛋进行喷码,研究了喷码后的鸡蛋在25、37℃贮藏过程中品质,包括失重率、气室高度、蛋黄直径和细菌总数的变化。试验结果表明,使用功率为5W的激光喷码鸡蛋的品质在贮藏过程中优于功率为10、15W的激光喷码鸡蛋的品质,与对照组没有差异。
The experiment is that use laser of different power to spray eggs, and study the change of the quality of eggs in the storage at 25 ℃ and 37 %, including loss ratio, chamber height, diameter of egg yolk and the total number of bacteria. The result is that the quality of eggs sprayed by laser use the power of 5 W has no difference with the control group, and is better than use the power of 10 W and 15 W in the storage.
