摘要 对纳豆激酶活性的检测方法进行了总结,结合生产及操作人员的实际情况总结出适合企业操作及评估的检测方法,并利用该方法对6种纳豆粉原料进行筛选,选择溶栓功能稳定、纳豆粉溶解性良好并经过脱臭处理的原料用于产品的生产。 This paper summarizes the detection method of nattokinase. Thinking of the actual situation of production and personnel operations, we develop the test methods for enterprise. Using this method, we have completed the 6 screening of raw materials. We selected the quality and stable raw materials.
