摘要
目的:通过对沙棘籽油脂肪酸的分析,建立沙棘籽油的指纹图谱,为其鉴别伪劣提供参考,并对沙棘籽油的品质评价与质量控制提供依据。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱分析仪测定沙棘籽油的脂肪酸组成和含量,利用国家药典2004A"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"进行分析和评价。结果:不同地区的沙棘籽油脂肪酸组成和含量具有高度的相似性,共筛选出9个共有峰,通过分析建立了标准的沙棘籽油脂肪酸指纹图谱。
Objective: Via the analysis of the fatty acid in seabuckthorn seeds oil, to constitute the finger print of seabuckthorn seed oil, hence to provide reference for the differentiation, the evaluation and the control of the quality of the seabuckthorn seed oil. Method: To adopt gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analyzer to determinate the composition and content of the fatty acid in seabuckthorn seed oil, then to analyze and evaluate according to the evaluation system of the similarity of the finger prints of Chinese medicines in the pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2004A). Result: The compositions and contents of fatty acid in seabuckthorn seed oil from different places have high similarity, and we have screened out 9 apexes, through analysis, we constitute the standard finger print of the fatty acid in seabuckthorn seed oil.
