草果中乙醇提取物对小白鼠生理调节的影响 被引量:4

Effect of the ethanol extracts of Amomum tsao-ko on mouse physiology

摘要 以乙醇溶液代替甲醇进行提取,探讨用无毒溶剂萃取草果生物活性成分的可行性。选用不同浓度的乙醇溶液,常温回流萃取草果2h后过滤,滤液经冷冻干燥得褐色粉末,并通过小鼠喂养试验,验证其生理调节活性。结果显示:50%乙醇溶液提取物组与对照组比较体重明显降低,但并没有显示出降血脂、抗氧化及降血糖功效。实验证明,乙醇溶液提取的草果成分不能代替草果甲醇溶出物,尤其是传统中医药加水熬制的方法可能会使草果的活性成分大量流失。 According to the research before, the methanol extracts of Amomum tsao-ko have the aspects of reducing blood fat, antioxidation and hypoglycemic. The aim of our study is to replace methanol with ethanol to get the extracts, probing the feasibility of using non-toxic solvent during extracting the bioactive substance in Amomum tsao-ko. In our research, we choose ethanol solution of different concentration, disposing the Amomum tsao-ko at normal temperature by counter-current extraction with reflux for 2 hours, and then getting brown powder by cooling and drying the filtrate. By the experiment of feeding mice with the extracts, we can prove its biological mediation activity. The results show: the weights of the group of 50% methanol extracts have a evident drop compared with the control. But it doesn't show that it has the efficacy of reducing blood fat, antioxidation and hypoglycemic. Our research demonstrates that, the substance extracted by ethanol can not displace by methanol, and especially the method of decoct with water in traditional Chinese medicine could make a great loss of the active composition in Amomum tsao-ko.
