摘要
分析了激光共焦扫描显微镜的成像原理 ,用衍射理论揭示了其较高横向分辨率和较好轴向分辨率的成因 ,介绍了共焦扫描显微镜的发展及其在生物。
This paper describes the imaging principle of the confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM).By using the theory of diffraction optics, this paper demonstrates the reason why confocal imaging achievs a super resolution capability.Finally, it introduces the progresses of CLSM and application in detecting semiconductor materials, diagnosing in biomedicine.
