摘要
研究了系统科学哲学中的三个重要概念问题：元素与要素；非系统、无与系统；信息的形式与意义内容。认为系统科学哲学要继续存在，就必须进行深入的研究。
Three important problems in the philosophy of systems science were studied in this papcr: element and cssential factor; non-system, non-cxistence and system; forms and contents of information. The author thinks that the philosophy of systems science must be studied thoroughly for being.
