醒脑静注射液佐治轻型颅脑损伤合并认知功能障碍的疗效观察

Clinical observation of xingnaojing injection in the treatment of mild head injury combined with cognitive dysfunction

目的观察醒脑静注射液佐治轻型颅脑损伤合并认知障碍的临床效果。方法将颅脑损伤合并认知障碍患者100例随机分为治疗组和照组各50例。2组均予相同的综合治疗、手术及护理措施,在此基础上治疗组加用醒脑静注射液80～100ml+5%葡萄糖注射液800ml静脉滴注。比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论醒脑静注射液佐治颅脑损伤合并认知功能障碍效果明显,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the cinical observation of xingnaojing injection in the treatment of mild head injury combined with cognitive dysfunction. Methods 100 cases patients with mild head injury combined with cognitive dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 50 cases. Two groups were given with the same treatment, surgical methods and care measures. Treatment group on the basis of the conventional treatment were added xingnaojing injection 80 - 100ml ＋ 5% glucose injection 800ml intravenous infusion. Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were higher than those of control group, there were significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The treatment of xingnaojing injection in mild head injury combined with cognitive dysfunction has a evident result, no adverse reaction,worthy of clinical application.
