上消化道出血89例治疗效果观察

Treatment effect observation of upper gastrointestinal bleeding:on 89 cases report

目的观察治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法 89例上消化道出血患者采取有效治疗方法,对其治疗效果进行分析。结果治疗后,89例患者中,疗效显著64例(71.9%),有效18例(20.2%),无效7例(7.9%),总有效率为92.1%。结论上消化道出血患者应注意饮食、积极治疗原发病及避免过度劳累,对于40岁以上中老年者应定期进行体检。

Objective To observaton effect of clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 89 cases patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were adopted the effective method of treatment. Analysised the therapeutic effect. Results After the treatment,obvious curative effect in 64 cases（71.9% ）, effective in 18 cases（20.2% ） ,invalid in 7 cases（7. 9% ） ,the total effective rate was 92.1%. Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients should not only pay attention to diet, active treatment of the original diseases and avoid over exertion, for over 40 years in older persons should be regular health check-ups.
