空腹血糖、果糖胺、糖化血红蛋白检测在糖尿病患者中的应用价值探讨 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨空腹血糖(FBG)、果糖胺(FMN)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在糖尿病患者的诊断、治疗及监控和预防并发症中的应用价值。方法将120例糖尿病患者作为糖尿病组,另选择健康体检者135例作为对照组,分别检测2组的FBG、FMN、HbA1c水平并进行比较。结果糖尿病组FBG、FMN、HbA1c水平均高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。FMN分别与FBG、HbA1c呈正相关(r分别为0.89和0.78,P均<0.05)。结论 FBG、FMN、HbA1c三者关系密切,分别为糖尿病患者提供即时、短期和长期的血糖信息,在糖尿病患者的筛查、治疗方案选择、疗效评估、治疗和预防并发症等方面各有各的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the value of fasting blood glucose( FBG), fructose amine( FMN), glycosylated hemoglobin( HbAlc) in diabetic patients of the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and complication rate. Methods 120 cases of patients with diabetic was set as diabetic group. Chosed 135 cases of health people as control group. Compared the FBG,FMN and HbAlc level of two groups. Results The FBG, FMN and HbAlc level in diabetic group were higher than those in control group, the difference were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ), FMN with FBG, HbAl c was positively correlated ( r respectively were 0. 89 and 0.78, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The relationship between the FBG, FMN and HbAl c is closely. Providing an immediate, short-term and long-term blood sugar information has high value of clinical application in diabetes patients with choosing smelting treatment plan, effectiveness ,therapy and preventing complication.
