心理干预对轻生者应对方式的影响

Affect of the psychological intervention on coping strategiy for suicide

目的探讨心理干预对轻生者应对方式的影响。方法将60例有轻生企图的患者分为干预组和对照组各30例。入院后2组行常规的治疗和护理,干预组另给予心理干预。采用应对方式问卷(CSQ)进行问卷调查,比较2组应对因子评分。结果干预后,干预组在解决问题、求助因子评分明显提高,自责、退避因子评分明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后干预组解决问题、求助因子评分高于对照组,自责、退避因子评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预对轻生患者应对方式有积极的影响,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the psychological intervention on coping strategy for suicide. Methods 60 cases patients with suicide attempts were divided into intervention group and control group, each of 30 cases. After admission, both two groups underwent conventional treatment and care; Intervention group was given with psychological intervention. Conducted a questionnaire survey by coping style questionnaire（CSQ）. Response to factor ratings were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, the problem solving, help factor score were significantly improved;The remorse, backoff factor score were significantly decreased in intervention group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After intervention, the problem solving, help factor score in intervention group was higher than those in control group, the remorse, backoff factor score were lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Psychological interventions have a positive effect on suicidal patients coping style.
