摘要 以黄瓜子叶离体培养为实验系统 ,研究了 Cu2 + 对离体子叶外植体花芽分化的影响 .育苗期的培养基中缺乏 Cu2 + 显著地降低离体子叶外植体花芽、营养芽和间接花的分化率 ;离体子叶外植体培养在含有不同浓度的 Cu SO4( 0μmol/L~ 0 .6μmol/L)培养基中 ,外植体花芽和营养芽的分化率随 Cu2 + 浓度升高 ,其中以0 .4 μmol/L为最佳 ;离体子叶外植体在培养的不同时期给予 Cu2 +脉冲处理 2 4 h,发现第 5天给予 0 .4 μmol/L脉冲处理显著地促进花芽的分化 . In this article,the effects of copper on floral bud differentiation from cucumber cotyledons in vitro was investigated.The results showed that:(1)The explants from seedling cotyladons grown in medium being diffident copper decreased the floral bud and vegetative bud formation;(2)The floral bud and vegetative bud formation were increased while using copper treatment in the early days of cotyledonary differentiation,but it is toxic to cultures growth and development if supplied copper with high concentration over all the culturing time;(3)The pulse treatment with high copper concentration makes significant influence on the floral differentiation of cotyledon,the optimized period of 0.4 μmol/L CuSO\-4 trentment was the 5th day after the beginning of in vitro culture.
