肱骨近段锁定板结合植骨治疗肱骨外科颈Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of locking proximal humerus plate combining bone graft in treating humerus surgical neck fracture(Near Ⅱ,Ⅲ)

目的探讨肱骨近段锁定板结合植骨治疗肱骨外科颈Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折临床疗效。方法选取该院2008年1月～2011年1月收治的25例肱骨外科颈Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折患者为研究对象(A组),该组患者均采用肱骨近段锁定板结合植骨治疗;另选取该院同期收治的25例肱骨外科颈Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折患者为研究对象(B组),该组患者采用三叶草型钢板合并植骨固定治疗。所有病例均随访6～24个月,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 A组的骨折愈合时间和并发症的发生率显著优于B组(P<0.05)。且A组肩关节功能的优良率为84.0%显著高于B组的72.0%(P<0.05)。结论肱骨近段锁定板结合植骨治疗能加快肱骨外科颈Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折的愈合,促进肩关节功能恢复,是一种安全可靠的方法。

【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of locking proximal humerus plate combining bone graft in treating humerus surgical Neck Fracture（Near Ⅱ,Ⅲ）.【Methods】 To select 25 cases of humerus Surgical Neck Fracture（Near Ⅱ,Ⅲ） patients in our hospital from 2008 January to 2011 January as subjects（group A）,this group was treated with locking proximal humerus plate combining bone graft.And selected other 25 cases during the same period as the research object（group B）,this group was treated with clover plate fixation combining bone graft.Two groups were followed up for 6～24 months,and then they were compared with therapeutic effect.【Results】 The healing time of the fracture,the complication rate in group A were better than those in group B（P 0.05）.And the excellent and good rate in group A was 84% that was significantly higher than 72% in group B（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 The treatment of locking proximal humerus plate combining bone graft can accelerate the healing of humerus Surgical Neck Fracture（Near Ⅱ,Ⅲ）,improve the shoulder joint function recovery,which is a safe and reliable method.
