阐述了 V- P- Fe系临界温度热敏电阻 CTR(critical temperature resistor)的详细制作过程 ,并对不同样品的技术参数进行对比 。

In this paper, a method of fabrication of V P Fe's CTR was described. Ψ , R c, T c of specimens with different composition were measured. The composition with optimum characterization was determined.
