摘要
基于钒 (Ⅴ )与抗坏血酸对溴酸钠氧化罗丹明B的反应有催化作用 ,建立了荧光动力学法测定抗坏血酸的新方法 .测定抗坏血酸的线性范围为 1.41~ 14.0 8μg·L-1,相关系数为 0 .9985 ,检出限为 0 .92 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为 2 .4% (n =10 ) .
A fluorimetric kinetic method for the determination of ascorbic acid was reported. It was based on that the reaction between Rhodamine B (RB) and sodium bromate catalyzed by vanadium(Ⅴ) and ascorbic acid. The linear range for ascorbic acid was 1.41~14.08 μg·L -1 with a detection limit of 0.92 μg·L -1 .The relative standard deviation for 7.04 μg·L -1 ascorbic acid was 2.4%(n=10 ). The method has been applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in vitamin C injection and vitamin C tablet with good results.
