摘要
拉弯矫直过程中传统计算带钢延伸率的方法,仅考虑张力回复后的延伸率,忽略带钢在弯曲弹复后的延伸损失,导致延伸率计算值偏大,影响控制精度。本文考虑带钢的残余延伸及在平断面假设下拉伸区的残余变形对中心层延伸的影响,从而提出新的计算方法。通过大量的试验结果对比分析,与传统延伸率计算结果相比,新公式计算所得的延伸率计算结果更加接近于试验模拟结果,说明用本文提出的方法设定拉矫过程中的工艺参数将更为精确。
In the tension leveling process, the traditional method to calculate of the strip elongation only considers the extension rate after the tension recovery, but ignores the extension loss after bending elastic recovery of the strip steel, so the calculated value of elongation is large enough to affect the process control accuracy. This paper considers not only the residual strain after bending elastic recovery, but also the influence of the residual deforma- tion on the neutral layer extension under plain cross-section assumption. The comparative analysis of mass test results show that the extension rate calculation result obtained from the new formula is much closer to the simulation result, compared with the traditional calculation method. It indicates that, as for the tension leveling process, the parameters set by the new method is more accurate than those set by the traditional method.
