摘要
针对固定式铝锭翻转机构在装配过程中因设计原因无法装配的问题。利用虚拟装配技术,建立虚拟零件模型和虚拟样机模型。对虚拟样机进行运动仿真,检测并分析了虚拟样机在运动过程中的干涉现象。实现了翻转机构的虚拟装配,缩短了开发周期,节约了资本。
Aiming at the problem caused by the design mistakes, which result in assembly difficulty of the fixed aluminum turnover mechanism, the models of virtual prototype and virtual parts were built with the virtual as- sembly technology. The motion simulation of virtual prototype was Carried out. The interference phenomenon of the virtual prototype in the movement process was surveyed. The virtual assembly of the turnover mechanism was realized. With the virtual technology, the development cycle of the product was shortened, and the cost and the labor intensity were reduced.
