Situation,Problems and Suggestions of Private Equity Market in China

本文在分析我国私募股权投资市场现状的基础上,分析了我国私募股权投资市场的价值和作用,并指出我国私募股权投资市场发展所面临的税收政策不够清晰完善、监管体系不够成熟规范、退出渠道不够顺畅等问题。本文提出,需要从制度建设、监管体系退出机制等方面进行完善,促进我国私募股权投资市场的健康发展。

This paper analyzes the value and function of private equity （ PE ） market in China, and pointes out a series of problems, based on the analysis of its current situation. The problems are that the tax policy is not clear and complete, the supervision system is not mature and standard, the withdrawal channel is not smooth, and so forth. So the author suggests that it be completed in terms of regime construction, supervision system and withdrawal mechanism, which will promote the healthy development of the PE market.
