摘要
通过血凝活性和糖基抑制实验方法 ,对沙田柚不同发育时期 1 /2花柱蛋白提取液进行测定 实验结果揭示 ,花柱蛋白提取液中存在一种能与伴刀豆球形蛋白 (ConA)相结合的糖蛋白 ,具血凝活性 提取液中的糖蛋白的血凝活性能被甘露糖、N -乙酰葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖所抑制 ,说明糖蛋白中的单糖成分主要是甘露糖和乙酰葡萄糖类物质 随着花柱发育成熟 ,1 /2花柱提取液血凝活性反应强度有一明显变化梯度———单核期不明显 ,开花期次之 ,自交授粉后 2~ 3d最明显 。
By hemagglutination activity determination and glycosyl inhibition,the protein extraction solution from 1/2 style in the various developing stages of Shatinyu( Citrus grandis var. Shatinyu Hort.)was determined. The results showed that there was a kind of glycoprotein which could bind with ConA FITC in the sylar solution and the glycoprotein had hemagglutination. The activity was inhibited by D mannose,N acetyl D giucosamirce and L ara binose. This showed that the monosaccharides of glycoprtein were D amnnose and N acetyl D glucosamirce. The reaction intensity of hemagglutination activity of the solution was an obvious gradual change from the uninucleate stage to anthesis and was most obvious in the 2~3 day after pollination. The result was unanimous with the changing steps of inhibition of the solution to the growth of self pollinated pollen tube.
