酵母二型性菌体的蛋白质电泳分析

THE ELECTROPHORESIS OF PROTEIN IN DIMORPHISM OF CANDIDA TROPICALIS

用不连续PAGE对酵母二型性菌体培养过程中可溶性蛋白质进行电泳分析 ,发现有 5条谱带只在菌丝体形态 (Mycelial)中显出 ,单细胞形态 (Yeast)中未见显出 ;还有 6条在Mycelial中蛋白质谱带粗 ,染色深 ,在Yeast中蛋白质谱带细 ,染色浅 这些差异带分别出现在 (NH4 ) 2 SO4 沉淀的 0 %～ 50 %或 50 %～

Proteins were separated by non successive PAGE in dimorphism of Candida Tropicalis which are being cultivated. Five protein bands were showed in Mycelial,but not in Yeast during the cultivating course;another six bands were showed in Mycelial and they were wide and dark,they were also showed in Yeast,but thin and light. The special protein bands were showed in 0%～50% or 50%～75% level when they were sedimented by (NH 4) 2SO 4
