摘要
以小鼠为试验动物研究表明:卵磷脂能有效提高心、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低过氧化脂质(LPO)和脂褐素含量,拮抗过氧化损伤,具有明显的抗衰老作用。
In this paper ,Mice are used as experimental animals, the results indicat that lecithin cad increase the activity of superoxide dismutage (SOD) in heart and brain tissues and decrease the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) and lifpofuscin. Lecithin had the effect of inhibiting the peroxide damage and antiaging action in heart and brain tissues.
