独活寄生颗粒的质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard for Du-huo-ji-sheng Granules

目的:建立完善独活寄生颗粒的质量控制标准。方法:以薄层色谱法对处方中的独活、秦艽、地黄进行定性鉴别;以高效液相色谱法对秦艽中的龙胆苦苷进行含量测定。结果:在薄层色谱中均可检出独活、秦艽、地黄的特征斑点;龙胆苦苷在0.6408～9.612μg间线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均加样回收率为99.91%,RSD=1.3%,结论:本方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于独活寄生丸的质量控制。

Objective： To establish and optimize the quality control standard of Duhuojisheng Granules. Methods： The medic- inal Radix Angelicae Biseratae, Radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata were identified by TLC. High per- formance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to determine the content of Gentiopicroside in Radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae. Re- suits： The herbs of preparation could be identified by TLC. Gentiopicroside showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 6408 - 9. 612 μg, r = 0. 9994, and the average recovery was 99. 91% , RSD = 1.3%. Conclusion： The methods were available with a good reproducibility and can controI the quality of this preparation effectively.
