摘要
目的:通过对芒果皮药材进行指纹图谱的分析研究,为科学评价和有效控制芒果皮药材质量提供理论依据。方法:参照《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》的要求,对比不同提取溶剂、不同提取方法所获得的指纹图谱,选择图谱化学成分信息较多提取较高的方法作为提取条件,本文选用合适的色谱柱、检测波长,优选流动相、柱温,使色谱条件符合指纹图谱的要求,使用"计算机辅助相似度评价软件"进行数据处理,对10批芒果皮药材指纹图谱相似度比较分析。结果:测定10批芒果皮药材的指纹图谱,并生成对照指纹图谱,相对保留时间有较好的稳定性与重现性,10批芒果皮药材指纹图谱的相似度较好,以相似度计算,各批样品与对照指纹图谱间的相似度均在0.90以上。结论:首次建立了芒果皮药材的HPLC指纹图谱,得到其对照图谱,方法的重现性、稳定性和精密度良好,为科学评价和有效控制芒果皮药材质量提供了理论依据。
Objective: Research on HPLC fingerprint from the fury of mango (Meagifera) , get the control fingerprint. To pro- vide the reasonable foundation for scientific appraisal and effective control on the quality of mango (Meagifera) . Methods: Research on the HPLC fingerprint from the fury of mango (Meagifera) : According to the technical demand of fingerprint about injection of tradi- tional Chinese medicine to compare with the HPLC fingerpint performed by different solvents and extract methods , and optimize the extract condition. Choose the appropriate column and optimize the wavelength, mobile phase, flows, column temperature to meet the requirement of the fingerprint. Then the software "computer aided Similarity evaluation " is applied to analyze the data of the fingerprint above, and calculate the similarity. Results: Determinated the fingerprint of 10 different batches from the fury of mango (Meagifera) , and the reference fingerprint , the relative retention time had good stability and reproducibility, the fingerprint showed good similari- ty. The similarity of each batch compare with the reference print is over 0.90. Conclusion : It is the first time to establish the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of the fury of mango (Meagifera) . And get reference fingerprint chromatogram. This method is sensitive , quick, and useful to actualize standardization the quality control of mango (Meagifera) .
