腰-硬联合麻醉加局部注射复方亚甲蓝在肛肠病手术中的应用

Associated Spinal and Epidural Anesthesia plus Local Injection of Compound Methylene Blue in Anorectal Sur- gery

为探讨腰-硬联合麻醉加复方亚甲蓝局部注射在肛肠病手术中的应用效果，将住院患者240例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组120例。两组患者均采用腰-硬联合麻醉后进行肛肠病手术，观察组患者术后采用复方亚甲蓝局部注射，比较手术当日及术后第2、4、6、8和10日时两组患者的疼痛程度，并比较两组患者术后烧灼痛的发生率。结果显示，观察组患者手术当日及术后第2、4、6、8和10日时疼痛程度较对照组显著降低（P〈0．01），观察组患者术后出现烧灼痛的比例为10．0％，显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，腰一硬联合麻醉加局部注射复方亚甲蓝可显著降低肛肠病术后患者的疼痛，有利于患者的康复。

This paper was to discuss the clinical efficacy of associated spinal and epidural anesthesia plus lo- cal injection of compound methylene blue in anorectal surgery. The 240 inpatients with anorectal disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 120 cases for each. Both groups under- went anorectal surgery following associated spinal and epidural anesthesia. Postoperative injection of com- pound methylene blue was given to the patients of observation group. All patients were compared for pain degree on the day of surgery,on the 2nd,4th,6th,Sth,and 10th day after surgery,as well as the incidence of burning pain. The results showed that the degree of pain on the day of surgery,on the 2nd,4th,6th,8th, and 10th day after surgery was decreased significantly in the observation group than those in the control group（ P 〈0.01）. The incidence of postoperative burning pain was 10.0% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that associated spinal and epidural anesthesia plus local injection of compound methylene blue can obviously relieve postoperative pain in patients with anorectal disease and is beneficial to their rehabilitation.
