摘要 对我国现行国家标准、行业标准、企业标准中,针对常用钢制型材生产加工精度的相关规定进行简要介绍。并根据结构设计特点,讨论钢板厚度允许偏差、热轧型钢截面允许偏差、冷弯型刚截面容许偏差对截面模量等设计参数的影响。提出考虑加工精度偏差的钢构件净截面系数建议值,并提出钢结构设计中有必要根据需要提出钢制型材加工精度要求的建议,为合理控制用钢量提供参考。 Available machining precision of section steel in Chinese national, trade and enterprise standards are presented. According to the requirement of structural design, the effects of section tolerances including sheet thickness tolerances, hot rolled section tolerances and cold formed section tolerances on the parameters of structure design, such as section modulus were discussed. The net-area coefficients of section steel which are created to take some kind of tolerances into consideration are proposed. In addition, the paper proposes that the machining precision of section steel should be defined as one part of the structure design in some cases. It is expected that the analysis could be helpful for the engineer to control steel consumption reasonably.
