摘要 西安至宝鸡客运专线在咸阳西设置有下承式钢管混凝土系杆拱铁路桥,主拱跨径136m,拱肋采用二次抛物线,矢高27.2m,结构复杂、熔透焊缝多,制作难度大;加工制作的关键为拱肋曲线和焊接质量,而拱肋管节的成型加工是影响拱肋线型和焊接质量的直接因素。通过探索,采用整体切割方法并设置合理的工艺参数,实现拱肋管节下料、坡口切割、管口线形放样一次性完成,保证拱肋曲线的成型和焊接质量;管节数控整体切割技术为创新性生产加工工艺,为自动化生产拱肋段奠定基础。 Xi'an to Baoji passenger line in Xianyang West is set 136 meters through type concrete filled steel tube bow-string arch railway bridge, the main arch span is 136 meters, 27.2 meters high, the quadratic parabola was used to arch rib. Complex structures, more penetration weld make it difficult to manufacture. The key of manufacturing lies in the rib curve and the quality of welding. Rib pipe section forming have a direct impact on the rib alignment and welding quality. The whole cutting method and a reasonable process parameters make rib pipe cutting, beveling, the orifices linear lofting be finished at one time and ensure the quality of the rib curve forming and welding. The overall cutting technology of pipe section NC is the innovation of production process, this technics establish the foundation for the automated production rib segment.
