摘要 利用AT89S52单片机作为微处理器,设计了一种红外线转速测量装置。当电动机转动时,利用槽式光电传感器对其进行光电信号采样:1个二极管发射红外线,1个二极管接收红外线,通过齿盘对光路的间歇遮挡使接收二极管接收到的信号变为光脉冲。单片机对二极管接收到的脉冲计数,从而计算出转速,通过1602液晶显示器显示出结果。试验结果显示设计制作的转速测量仪测量精度较高,能实时显示测量结果。 A design based on infrared to measure rotational speed using AT89S52 microcontroller for microprocessor was reported in this paper.The photoelectric sensor is formed by an infrared emission control and a receiving diode.The optical pulse for measuring rotational speed of the motor was formed by blocking up the optical path intermittently by tooth of tooth plate.These pulses were counted by the microcontroller to work out the rotational speed.The result was showed on the 1602 LCD monitor.The test showed that the measuring system can guarantee a real-time detection and high accuracy.
