摘要 在宽带测试系统中,信号前端中的阻抗变换电路不可缺少,这里阻抗变换电路要求高输入阻抗、高输入带宽、低噪声等,单个运算放大器难以同时满足这些要求。为了解决这个问题,提出了将信号分成高低频2条路径传输,然后再合成。通过引入交叉路径增强合成的效果。实践证明该方法可以用少量的器件组合成为高输入阻抗,高模拟带宽和低的输出阻抗的电路系统,可广泛应用与各种宽带测试仪器的信号调理前端。 In broadband data acquisition system,the impedance transformation of front signal is indispensable.It usually requires sufficiently high input impedance,high analog bandwidth and low noise.The single amplifier usually hardly owns all the characteristics.To solve the problem,this paper introduce separating the signal into two transmission paths of high and low frequency,and then reunion them.And through the introduction of cross-path enhances the performance of the reunion.Practice has proved that this method can construct the circuit system of high input impedance,high analog bandwidth and low output impedance with a few components.And it can be widely used in a variety of signal conditioning front-end of broadband test equipments.
