Maspin和P53蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达及意义

The roles of Maspin and P53 in condyloma acuminatum

目的:研究Maspin和P53蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达情况,探讨它们在尖锐湿疣发生、发展中的可能作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测67例尖锐湿疣组织和20例正常包皮组织中Maspin和P53蛋白的表达。结果:尖锐湿疣组织中Maspin蛋白的阳性表达率(40%)低于对照组(85%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而P53蛋白的阳性表达率(55%)较对照组(15%)高(P<0.01)。结论:尖锐湿疣组织中Maspin基因表达下调和P53基因表达上调是其发生和发展的重要事件,可能是尖锐湿疣增生迅速,易于复发的原因之一。

Objective： To investigate the roles of Maspin and P53 in condyloma acuminatum. Methods： The expression of Maspin and P53 were assessed in 67 cases of condyloma acuminatum and 20 normal prepuces lesions. Results： The positive rate of Maspin protein was significantly lower in condyloma acuminatum than that in normal prepuces （40% vs 85%, P 〈 0. 01 ）, while the positive rate of P53 protein was significantly higher （ 55% vs 15%, P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The down-regulation of Maspin and over-expression of P53 play important roles in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum.
