摘要
目的:研究Maspin和P53蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达情况,探讨它们在尖锐湿疣发生、发展中的可能作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测67例尖锐湿疣组织和20例正常包皮组织中Maspin和P53蛋白的表达。结果:尖锐湿疣组织中Maspin蛋白的阳性表达率(40%)低于对照组(85%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而P53蛋白的阳性表达率(55%)较对照组(15%)高(P<0.01)。结论:尖锐湿疣组织中Maspin基因表达下调和P53基因表达上调是其发生和发展的重要事件,可能是尖锐湿疣增生迅速,易于复发的原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the roles of Maspin and P53 in condyloma acuminatum. Methods: The expression of Maspin and P53 were assessed in 67 cases of condyloma acuminatum and 20 normal prepuces lesions. Results: The positive rate of Maspin protein was significantly lower in condyloma acuminatum than that in normal prepuces (40% vs 85%, P 〈 0. 01 ), while the positive rate of P53 protein was significantly higher ( 55% vs 15%, P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: The down-regulation of Maspin and over-expression of P53 play important roles in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum.
