广电网络必须在"数字化、高清化、双向化"的方针下,做好公益性的高清交互数字电视普遍服务,完善服务体系,同时创新业态,发展文化创意产业,做好数字化的文化内容服务,积极发展多元性和主流性相结合的互联网服务,从而推动我国文化大发展大繁荣。

Deepening reform of cultural system and promoting cultural development and prosperity is an important deployment that the central authorities made from the height of overall layout of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.The author thinks that radio and television network has dual attributes of ＂politics＂ ＂economy＂ and ＂IT＂ ＂culture＂,and that it is necessary to two-wheel drive an approach to ＂digital,high-definition and two-way＂.That means that on the one hand we should develop public welfare interactive HDTV services,but on the other hand,we should innovate new business and realize digital cultural content services and Internet services combined with diversity and mainstream.So our country can get cultural development and prosperity.
