摘要
本文介绍电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术(ICP-MS)特点和发展趋势,归纳近年来电感耦合等离子体质谱法联用技术在不同领域应用进展,并对ICP-MS联用技术的发展前景进行展望。
The paper mainly reviews the technical features and development of induc-tively coupled plasma mass spectrometry hyphenated technique and summarizes its vari-ous applications in recent years. Prospects of ICP-MS hyphenated technique development were described.
