摘要
粒子加速器研制与应用水平已经成为衡量国家科技实力的标志之一。高校作为我国国家重点实验室、中国科学院院士的最主要载体,在我国加速器理论研究与开发应用的历史进程中做出卓越贡献。通过调查我国代表性高校在加速器领域的建设现状、研发成果及其对国民经济的支撑作用,剖析高校加速器建设的一般规律以及新时期面临的实际问题,认为高校应当而且能够在加速器自主研制与技术转化方面发挥更大作用,并提出在学科基础厚实、受益范围广泛的高校按照整合资源-科学规划-高效管理的思路创建数个国家加速器科研平台,以增强我国加速器领域的交流合作,打造国际领先的加速器研发团队,促进加速器工业及相关学科达到世界一流水平。
The research and the application level of particle accelerator has become one of the hallmarks of national scientific and technological strength.chinese universities as the most important carrier of China’s State Key Laboratory and academician of chinese academy of sciences,made ??an outstanding contribution in the historical process of accelerator theory research and development applications.By the survey of the construction status quo,the R & D results and their supporting role on the national economy in the accelerator field in the representative universities,analysis of the general laws as well as the problems in the new era of the university accelerator construction,we think that universities should and can play a greater role in the accelerator independently developed and technology transform.Further more,we proposed that we should create a number of national accelerator research platforms in accordance with the idea of resources integration-scientific planning-efficient management in the universities with thick subjects foundation and a wide range benefit,in order to enhance exchanges and cooperation of our accelerator study,to build international leading accelerator research and development team,and to promote the accelerator industry and related disciplines to achieve world-class level.
