By investigating and analyzing, we found that the main factors which influence the effect of teaching practice are the inner-factors due to the students themselves and the outer factors due to the tutors, the teaching practicing schools,and the organization form of practice.The innerfactors are the key factors among all the factors. As to individual student the intelligence quality (IQ) is definite and the main factor of influencing the effect of practice is the emotion quality(EQ). Therefore we should emphasis the training of the nonintelligence in our teaching activity.
