介绍在柳钢5号高炉实施的原燃料管理、装料制度、操作炉型、高顶压富氧喷煤、炉前生产设备管理、降低休慢风率、三班统一稳定操作等保持高炉长期稳定顺行的措施,及期间的技术经济指标。
The countermeasures implemented to No.5 Blast Furnace of Liuzhou Steel, such as raw and fuel material management, charging system, Furnace wear line, high top pressure and pulverized coal injec- tion with oxygen-enriched blast, casthouse management, downtime and slow run percentage, unified stable operation adopted by three shifts, and its technical and economic indexes were introduced.
