一高线穿水控冷系统的自适应改造

Self-adaptive Reform on Spraying Water Cooling Contron System of No.1 High Speed Wire Rod Line

针对一高线穿水控冷系统存在的现场流量控制不足的问题,采用改进型基于PID自适应控制的方法对其进行改造,实现流量参数在线调整。

Spraying water cooling contron system of No.1 high speed wire rod line was reformed be- cause of its insufficient flow by adopting improved self-adaptive controlling method which based on PID, hence the flow parameter can be adjusted on-line.
