摘要
本研究针对我国外语教师培训现状,在江苏某初级中学开展的一项英语教改实验中进行了教师培训实践。研究采用教师培训工作中"研究者与教师互动"的定位与具体实施方法,以探讨校际合作开展外语教师培训的有效性。培训结果表明,教师们在理论意识、反思意识、创新意识和自主意识等方面都获得了很大的提升。实践证明,校际合作中教师培训的准确定位是优化我国外语教师培训的关键因素。
In view of the present situation of foreign language teacher training in our country, this research launches a teacher training practice in an English teaching reform project in a middle school in Jiangsu Province. It adopts the positioning of "teacher-researcher interaction" in the teacher training practice and the concrete ways of achieving it, hoping to find out whether a university-school collaborative foreign language teacher training mode is an effective way. The research result shows that the teachers have all developed greatly in their theoretical, reflective and innovative awareness and in their autonomy in the professional development. It is proved that accurate positioning in the university-school collaborative teacher training is a key factor in optimizing foreign language teacher training in our country.
