摘要
湖北某石煤矿中钒主要赋存于铝硅酸盐矿物中,单独使用硫酸浸出,钒的浸出率只有30%左右。考察了单独添加助浸剂A或B以及同时添加这2种助浸剂对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,分别添加助浸剂A或B时,钒的浸出率均有所提高;在硫酸浓度为30%,矿石粒度为-0.178 mm,浸出温度为90℃,浸出时间为8 h,液固比为1∶1,助浸剂A添加量为4%、B添加量为2%的条件下,钒的浸出率可达到88.5%,为实现该矿石的全湿法提钒提供了技术保证。
The vanadium stone-coal in Hubei mainly occurs in the aluminum silicate minerals. The vanadium leaching rate of sulfuric acid leaching is only about 30%. The study investigated the effect of aid-leaching reagent A, B or mixture of A and B on vanadium leaching rate, separately. The results showed that both aid-leaching reagent A or B enhanced the leaching rate of vanadium. The vanadium leaching rate reached 88.5% in the experimental condition that sulfuric acid concentration was 30%, stone coal particle size 0. 178 mm, temperature 90 ℃, time 8h, liquid-solid ratio 1: 1, while adding the aid-leaching reagent A 4% and B 2%. The study provided a guarantee for the realization of vanadium's extraction with a hydrometallurgical separation method.
