摘要
目前常用的尾矿库排洪隧洞封堵方法,均需施工人员直接进入排洪系统中作业,因此,一般选择干旱季节进行封堵施工;而当排洪系统出现事故或排洪系统存在安全隐患时,出于抢险和人身安全的考虑,其洞内封堵施工受到限制。针对常用封堵法的不足,提出了利用钢套管做临时支挡及混凝土封堵相结合的套管封堵法,并运用到银山铅锌矿尾矿库尾砂泄露抢险中。失事排洪系统通过采用套管封堵,漏砂事故得到迅速安全解决,至今运行良好。该封堵法为施工人员进洞前提供了安全施工环境,非常适合尾矿库漏砂事故后排洪系统的抢险封堵;同时,为有历史遗留安全隐患的尾矿库排洪系统提供了一种快速、安全、有效的封堵方法和思路。
The plugging method of flood discharging tunnel commonly used in tailing dam at present requires personal coming into the flood discharging system to deal with. Hence, the plugging project needs to be finished at drying seasons. When an accident occurred or security risks existed in the drainage system, the plugging construction in the cave is largely limited in considerations of personal safety. In view of these shortcomings, the casing pipe plugging method with combination of temporary support by steel casing pipe and concrete sealing was proposed, which has been applied into the emergency rescue of tailings leakage in Yinshan Lead-zinc Mine. In this accident, the tailings leak risks are relieved rapidly and safely by adopting the casing pipe plugging, and the system works well till now. The plugging method provides a safe construction environment before personals come into the cave, and it is ideal for emergency rescue in the tailings leakage accident. Meanwhile, this method provides a fast, safe and effective sealing method and idea for dealing with the old security risks in flood discharging system of 'tailings dam.
