当前我国民族地区社会建设刍议

On the Current Social Construction in Minority Regions of China

加强社会建设,是中国共产党在新的历史时期提出的一个全新的课题,值得理论界和各级政府有关部门深入探索和思考。我国是一个多民族国家,在进行社会建设的过程中,少数民族和民族地区的社会建设无疑应该成为我国政府尤其是少数民族地区各级政府关注的重要内容之一。在我国民族地区进行社会建设的过程中,有以下几个方面值得深入思考:民生问题应该成为我国民族地区社会建设的根本;民族地区的社会建设必须高度重视民族特点;民族地区的社会建设必须注意充分保护少数民族文化;民族地区的社会建设必须对少小民族予以重点关注。

Strengthening social construction,is a brand new issue of the Communist Party of China in the new historical period,which is worthy of being explored and thought for theorists and government departments at all levels.China is a multi-ethnic country,social construction of minorities and the regional area should be one of the important contents of attention by our government especially in the minority area at all levels of government in the process of social construction.The following aspects are worthy of further consideration in this process in China's ethnic areas: livelihood issues should be the fundamental of the social construction in China's ethnic minority areas;the social construction in ethnic regions must attach great importance to the national characteristics and pay attention to the full protection of minority cultures;social construction in ethnic regions must focus on the minorities.
